How to Test Your pH Level: When opening the foil pack, the reagent pad at the tip of the pH test strips should be yellow. Use a common household cotton swab (not included) to collect a sample of vaginal fluid and wet the reagent pad. Wait for 30 seconds, then compare the color to the provided color chart. Note that the reagent pad will continue to react and change color, so ignore the results after 30 seconds.

Interpreting the Results: If the color stays yellowish or light green (3.5 to 4.5), your pH is normal. If the color turns a dark green or blue (5 to 6.5), your pH is abnormal. How to Use the Boric Acid Suppositories: Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat. Retract the plunger and insert the capsule into the receptacle end of the applicator.
