For menstrual cup use, wash your hands and cup using a small amount of the wash and water before insertion and after removal. Cleaning a menstrual cup with soap is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we recommend using a mild, pH-balanced, and perfume-free soap, as regular hand soap can cause discomfort, irritation, and infections.

For body use, pour a small amount of the wash onto your hands, apply to the external parts of your body and rinse. The wash can also be used as a facial wash and overall body wash. Only a small amount is required for each wash.
